Most of the people who come to us for the first time and who’ve never booked medical transportation services of any kind tend to have a lot of questions about what we do. That’s perfectly fine; this isn’t a service that’s been highly publicized. Even though Medicare and Medicaid can potentially cover your transportation costs for one reason or another the possibility isn’t one that’s necessarily discussed as openly. That’s one of the main reasons why we created this site in the first place. We feel that it’s very important to get the word out there that there is a safe alternative for people who require specialized transportation. Back to the questions, though, we know there may be a lot of them out there. The best way to get them answered is to give us a call or contact us directly!
If you’re calling to book a service already, our advice is to call in advance. Let’s say that you have an appointment next Friday; calling at least 5 days in advance is going to allow us to ensure that we’re going to have a vehicle and staff member available to pick you up. We know that sometimes appointments open up at the last minute. If you find yourself in that situation you still shouldn’t hesitate to make the call to us. There’s a chance that we’ll be able to put a service together for you on short notice. We usually like to have a couple of vehicles on hand for those! You just need to make that call.
